The villa has four spacious bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, comfortably sleeping 9 people. Bedroom #1 The master bedroom, has a double bed and an ensuite, a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, marble vanity unit and bidet. Bedroom#2 has two single beds. Bedroom #3 has a double bed. Bedroom #4 has a single bed and a large bunk bed. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 all share a large family bathroom, which is also fitted with an over head shower attachment in the bath, toilet, marble vanity unit and a bidet.
Steps to the side of the villa lead to the magnificent roof terrace. This offers an excellent area for more private sunbathing and has fantastic views of the golf course and towards the sea.

Amenities: Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the Clubhouse there is an excellent restaurant and a bar with views looking on to the golf course. For more details on the golfing available please click here. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive away, guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants in this popular little village. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A free shuttle bus service is available from the golf Clubhouse to the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. The "Atlantico" mall has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large "Spar" supermarket and a good variety of fresh food. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa, from there you can walk the promenade into the centre of the resort, or, to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi. |
Interior: Our spacious, single storey villa is beautifully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable style. The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a separate kitchen which has everything required for a self catering holiday, and a seperate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Exterior: The exterior of this detached villa is surprisingly large. Patio doors from the living area lead to the pool and sunbathing terrace. The 8m x 4m electrically heated pool is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a large patio area where there are ample sunbeds. There is a barbecue and patio dining furniture to ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
